Nationalities
To obtain Spanish nationality, a person must have legally resided in Spain for ten years, continuously and immediately prior to the application. In addition, there are cases in which the required residency period is reduced.

Criminal Record

Various Procedures
- Non-resident declaration: As an administrative agency, we can advise you on whether you are required to submit the declaration forms established for non-resident individuals or entities operating in Spain without a permanent establishment.
- Annual Income Tax Campaign: Every year between April and June, we prepare your tax return over the phone, with no in-person appointment required.
- Wills: There is no international standard on the form of wills made abroad, but most countries in the European Union have signed an agreement (Hague Convention, 1961) that allows wills made in accordance with the law of the country of residence or where the property included in the will is located, so in general, European citizens have no problems making a will in Spain.
